Night Before:

1. Take a shower the night before with prescribed soap
2. Dont eat 8 hours before
3. Take a shower in the morning with prescribed soap
4. Only clear liquids

Day of:

• Driver: Fiance
• Family support: Lance's parents, Shawn and Cathy, 
• Friend/blogger: Shelby? 

1. Bring copy of Pre Op exam results
2. Arrive at 5:30am
1. Go to admissions at University of Minnesota Medical Center - East Bank
3. Time of Surgery: 7:30am
